Who is Culture Change Network of Georgia?

The Culture Change Network of Georgia is changing the way we think and feel about aging and disability by creating the kind of care and support we want for our loved ones and ourselves.

Culture Change is the common name given to the national movement for the transformation of older adult services based on person-centered values and practices.

Founded in 2008 the Culture Change Network of Georgia is a group of dedicated supporters and stakeholders working as partners to improve the quality of life for older Georgians in all settings where aging services are delivered.

The Culture Change Network of Georgia is the umbrella organization for the Culture Change Movement in the state. It serves as a convener and resource for those committed to improving quality of life and well-being for Elders.

It is an open and dynamic network that welcomes all who are committed to person-centered care and changing the culture of aging.

Staying involved with and participating in national and state organizations, initiatives, task groups and committees ensures that news, information and resources can be shared with all of the various stakeholders at the state level.

The Culture Change Network of Georgia is featured and highlighted nationally, participates in national pilots and initiatives, serves on local and national boards and councils, and presents at state and national conferences.
