A Deep Dive Into HOW TO Develop A Person-Centered Organization
Staff who work directly with Elders (residents and clients) know them best. Your organization performs at its best when you tap into that knowledge to individualize care for each person you serve.
This highly interactive summit will provide the how-to for operationalizing leadership and quality improvement practices to get your whole team working well together. You’ll have a chance to practice skills and consider how to apply ideas directly to your own setting.
We will help you put systems in place to involve staff, use deep dive huddles to involve your staff in designing individualized solutions, and work together to create a person-centered organization.
Staff become engaged when you value their input.

Founded in 2008 to be the clearinghouse of culture change in Georgia, we are committed to breaking down the silos of long-term care and working to create a community of caring.
We are a group of dedicated supporters and stakeholders working as partners to promote and foster person-centered care to improve the quality of life in all settings where long-term care, services and supports are delivered.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone who knows, interacts with, works with, or provides care and services to older adults, including those who are living with changing cognitive abilities.
