Baseline care plan must be developed within 48 hours of the resident’s admission. Must contain minimum healthcare information necessary to care for resident. Written summary must be provided to resident and/or his or her representative and include any changes in resident’s goals or interventions and submissions.

What is the intent of the Baseline Care Plan requirements?
