Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care Seminar

Culture Change Network of Georgia is excited to partner with the Dementia Education & Consulting to offer a $500 scholarship to attend the Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Seminar.

The Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Seminar is the pathway to becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). The price of the seminar includes the cost of course materials/ handbook and lunch.

When: Tuesday, October 29, 2019 | 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Where: Dalton, GA (Hamilton University 1275 Elkwood Drive Dalton, GA 30720)

After completion of the seminar, the application for certification must be submitted within 30 days. The group discount rate for certification is $35.00 and must be paid to the NCCDP.
