Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Seminar – 2020
Culture Change Network of Georgia is excited to partner with the Dementia Education & Consulting to offer a $500 scholarship to attend the Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Seminar.
The Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Seminar is the pathway to becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). The price of the seminar includes the cost of course materials/ handbook and lunch.
Scholarships in the amount of $500 per person are available for GA nursing home staff and related stakeholders to attend the seminar.
When: April 24, 2020 (Dalton) or June 4 (Macon)
