PDSA: Improving Quality in Your Organization
Webinar Registration

November 15, 2023
10:00am – 11:00am EST
In this webinar, we will present the PLAN DO STUDY ACT (PDSA) cycle and explain how the steps are used to accomplish your goals. When your organization wants to make a change, PDSA is a strategy that supports your quality improvement program. It is a process used to analyze and test a change you want to make. Also, PDSA is a person-centered approach to quality improvement because it involves all stakeholders in studying the issue, recommending solutions, and implementing changes.
We will have guests from our Quality Improvement Organization, Alliant Health Solutions (Linda Kluge, Senior Executive Director of Quality & Strategic Alliances and Melody Brown, State Manager – Georgia), and Melissa Hampton (Quality Advisor – GA, KY, TN) who will offer commentary on the usefulness of this strategy and how to incorporate it into your QI work.
